Amazon Warehouse YYC4

Amazon Warehouse - YYC4 Project Maverick is a new 2.6-million square foot warehouse facility at 6635 106 Avenue SE in the East Shepard Industrial area of Calgary. The project was known as 'YYC4 Project Maverick' during its construction.

It is a 4-level warehouse and we provided interior steel stud framing, drywall and taping throughout. We hung all the T-bar ceilings and wrapped and hung over 4000+ acoustic panels.

Panattoni Alberta created a few construction progress videos in 2022 that illustrated the magnitude of this project. Our work is seen in a number of places in the Spring 2022 video below. Our entire crew worked onsite at the Maverick build that year, 10-hr days, 6 days a week.
